| How to view the file formats for Microsoft Office 2007 |

The latest version of Microsoft Office 2007, several new file formats have been introduced. For Word 2007 .docx replaces .doc, for Excel 2007 .xlsx replaces and for Powerpoint 2007 .pptx replaces .ppt. For people with older versions of Microsoft Office (97, 2000, 2002 and 2003), the Microsoft Compatibility Pack needs to be downloaded and installed. The pack can be downloaded from this link.... Once installed, if you receive an email attachment with the new file format, you should be able to view and print the file. |
